  • Pick Up in Ontario, CA: For our local customers, we offer a convenient pick-up option directly from our warehouse.
  • Nationwide Shipping: We ship across the United States, ensuring your product arrives safely at your doorstep or business location.

Understanding Shipping Charges

  • Calculation After Order: Shipping charges are calculated after your order is received. Our team diligently works to find the most cost-effective and reliable shipping option for you.
  • Notification: Within 48 hours of placing your order, you'll receive an email detailing the shipping charges and the overall total for your order.
  • Standard Freight Fees: Based in Ontario, CA, our standard shipping freight fees range from $200 to $700. For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please note that fees may be higher due to the locations' specific requirements.

Special Shipping Considerations

For freight shipping, we offer several delivery location options to best suit your needs:

  • Business with loading dock or forklift
  • Business without loading dock or forklift
  • Residence
  • Nearest freight terminal
  • Other specific needs like limited access, inside delivery, etc.

Please Note: Extra fees may apply for shipping to a residence or to a business without a lift gate or forklift.

Processing Time

Items in stock typically take 3 to 5 business days to process. We strive to expedite this process and get your product to you as quickly as possible.

Documenting and Reporting Damages

Despite our best efforts to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, shipping mishaps can occur. Here’s how to handle a situation where your item arrives damaged:

  • Inspect Before Signing: Please inspect your item upon arrival. If you notice any damage, document it on the delivery form.
  • Take Pictures: Capture clear photos of the damage, including the item and packaging, both inside and out.
  • Report to Us: Send us the pictures and a copy of the form, so we can assess the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify it.
  • Important: If damages are not noted before signing the delivery document, we cannot guarantee compensation for damaged or missing items.
