Froece's Popsicle carts are hand-built using Fiberglass and insulated with Polyurethane. This combination ensures durability and excellent insulation to keep your frozen treats at the perfect temperature.

Absolutely! If you have an idea or a specific color, style in mind for your cart, just let us know. We'll do our best to make your cart dreams come true. We love working with our customers to create unique and personalized carts.

If you place a special order for carts that are not in stock, due to overwhelming demand, there may be a longer than usual lead time on certain items. Our staff is working overtime to catch up, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. Feel free to contact us for specific lead times on the item you're interested in.

It's essential to check with your local health department before placing an order, as we are not responsible if our carts do not meet your local health department requirements. Please ensure that our carts comply with all local regulations in your area.

Please send us an email at info@froece.com with your project and idea in mind and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

If your cart arrives damaged, please inspect it thoroughly before signing the carrier's receipt. If you notice any damage or missing parts, you can refuse the delivery or make a note of the issues and take pictures. Send us the document and pictures within 1 business day, and we will submit a claim. Compensation will depend on the claim outcome. If you do not make notes of these issues on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or missing items.

HANDMADE ITEMS

Our items  are hand-built (hand-made) by artisans that love to do what they do!
(therefore they are not perfect, but sure made with love) Please keep in mind manufacturing imperfections or cosmetics blemishes may be present.

RETURNS: In case you change your mind and would like to return the product, please contact us at info@froece.com. Returns only with previous authorization and 15% minimum re-stocking fee. Return freight charges are not covered. Must be return within 8 days after delivery 

After we receive your return and inspected. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of the item to process your refund. 

Item MUST be unused and  in the same condition it was delivered to you.

No returns/cancellations after 10 days. 

Yes! Please submit your artwork to info@froece.com, Popsicle carts: 2 Logos -$150, 3 Logos - $220  Fully wrapped – Please contact us and we will get back to you with pricing....For other items, please submit your artwork and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.
