Chargeback and Dispute Policy<\/strong><\/h3>

At Froece LLC, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, clear photos, and responsive customer service to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us directly<\/strong> at info@froece.com<\/a><\/strong> so we can resolve the issue promptly and fairly.<\/p>

1. Chargebacks and Disputes<\/strong><\/h3>

We kindly ask that you give us the opportunity to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute<\/strong> with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a dispute without first contacting us may result in unnecessary delays and fees.<\/p>

When a chargeback is submitted through a bank or payment processor, non-refundable dispute fees<\/strong> are automatically charged to our account. If a dispute is found to be invalid or in violation of our store policies, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement<\/strong> of those processing fees and any related costs directly from the customer.<\/p>
