Chargeback and Dispute Policy

At Froece LLC, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, clear photos, and responsive customer service to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us directly at info@froece.com so we can resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

1. Chargebacks and Disputes

We kindly ask that you give us the opportunity to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a dispute without first contacting us may result in unnecessary delays and fees.

When a chargeback is submitted through a bank or payment processor, non-refundable dispute fees are automatically charged to our account. If a dispute is found to be invalid or in violation of our store policies, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement of those processing fees and any related costs directly from the customer.

2. Future Orders

Customers who initiate a chargeback without prior communication may be required to resolve all outstanding balances or dispute-related fees before future orders can be accepted.

3. Legal Remedies

If we determine that a dispute was resolved in error or results in unjust enrichment, Froece LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery through Small Claims Court in the State of California. This may include reimbursement for court costs, filing fees, dispute fees, and any other damages permitted by law.

4. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
